Velopace Spring Classic: Rider’s of the Storm

We previewed Velopace’s first running of their Spring Classic a while ago, so it seems only right we should report back on how the Sussex based company’s event went…

The weather leading up to the Spring Classic was, at least down here in sunny Eastbourne, almost perfect; sunny with mild winds and little rain. Come the weekend however and the outlook was not so rosy. A storm had rolled in and we were looking at 30mph winds and rain, not the best weather for a Sunday jaunt!
