International Cross Preview
Boonen and Friends is a highlight in a weekend with no UCI World Cup, Superprestige or bpost Bank action. Instead we have a number of good international races in Europe and the USA. It will be interesting to see how many of the ‘big stars’ start any of them. Free of European commitments UK National Champion Ian Field races at the National Trophy Series for the first time this season.
Boonen and Friends – November 30
The 5th running of the Tom Boonen and Friends charity cyclo cross to be held on the beach at Moi, Belgium.
The race features many top road stars such as past World Cyclo Cross Champion Zdenek Stybar.
Last time Tom Boonen couldn’t make the event as he had a stomach ailment and was forced to sit it out.
