Rutland – Melton International CiCLE Classic

This Sunday, 26th April 2015 the spotlight of international cycle racing in Britain will turn once again to Rutland and Melton with the annual staging of the Rutland – Melton International CiCLE Classic.

Now in its 11th year the event will bring to the local area top professional cycling teams from across Europe and beyond containing riders from over 20 countries.

With the conclusion of the top Belgian and French spring Classic races of the ‘Ronde van Vlaanderen’ and ‘Paris- Roubaix’ in early April, more than ever this year the resemblance of the CiCLE Classic with the character and ethos of these two great races has been drawn more markedly and it is expected that many thousands of British and continental based spectators will line local roads on this coming Sunday… Read More >
