Press release announcement of the Raleigh-GAC Team line-up for 2015
Mixing young, up-and-coming talent with seasoned riders, the team will seek to capitalise on a fantastic 2014 season which saw them take the Elite Road Series classification, the Elite Circuit Series Championship as well as scoop a top 20 General Classification finish in the Tour of Britain.
Next year sees eight new riders engaged to form a 12-strong team that will look to lead the peloton across all disciplines.
Team Principal, Cherie Pridham, said: “I am delighted to welcome every one of our riders to the Team Raleigh-GAC family.
“I am pleased to confirm that the core of last year’s successes, Evan Oliphant, Morgan Kneisky, Liam Stones and our team captain Ian Wilkinson, have all been retained for the 2015 season.
“As per our stated intentions we have now added some of the best young riders from both home and abroad whilst taking the opportunity to increase the size of the team bringing in some additional experience. This gives us the perfect balance.
“As Team Principal I could not ask for more from a group of riders and I cannot wait to get out on the road and start winning races.”
