Prime Coaching are organising an Autumn/Winter Race Preparation Event – ‘RACE PREPARATION: A COACHING AND TRAINING AFTERNOON’
On SATURDAY, 22nd November 2014, 1.00 PM to 5.00 PM AT HILLINGDON CYCLE CIRCUIT, Minet Park, Springfield Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 0LP open to 3rd & 4th Category & Novice Male & Female Riders, though note that neither British Cycling membership nor a racing licence are required.
It is an ideal opportunity for riders who are planning to compete in Road or Circuit races, or Team Time Trials to get a few tips. There will be coaching on sprinting, echelon riding, fast group riding, team time trialling and cornering, followed by short talks on race related subjects. The content will be chosen to suit the majority of riders attending and all the coaching is provided by BC qualified coaches.
Light refreshments will be available. Helmets must be worn. No mudguards or tri-bars.
