Crystal Palace Crits – Round 1 Results May 6th 2014

 

The first round of the Crystal Palace Circuits held at Crystal Palace, south London on May 6 and promoted by Dulwich Paragon.

 

Women
 

Suzetta Guerini led for many before she caught by a chasing group of three which then saw Guerini gain a narrow win ahead of the sprinting chasers led in by Michelle Sellars. Nikki Englebach won the ‘sprint’ for fifth spot from Bella Leach and her companions.

Jake Martin and Will Pratt held sway for many laps but near race end they were joined by a chase group and a lead group of five formed and from this Martin attacked to win followed few seconds later Mike Debney. Rob Reid later crossed the line in sixth having jumped away from a chasing group.
